About us
Two contenders.
One single ring.
Burgers vs Tacos was born from a friendly fight: what wins, a juicy burger or a loaded taco? Instead of picking one, we built the ring on Fredericksburg Rd and let customers decide every day.
Behind the project are Carlos “Charlie” González and Gabriela “Gaby” Hinojosa, who each put their name on one of the house burgers. The kitchen blends American technique with Mexican flavor and a few Asian nods: smash-griddled beef, al pastor pork belly, char siu, panko, macha, and wasabi aioli.
The whole spot plays along with the same joke: lucha libre posters, neon signs, and a young crowd where every table ends up arguing the same thing. Team Burger or Team Taco.
